I’m really excited to be sharing my monthly mindfulness tracker with you this week.
What is Mindfulness?
I discovered mindfulness at the start of 2016. It is a way of slowing down and focusing on the present moment. When I practice mindfulness it helps me to reduce my anxiety and improves my ability to fall asleep.
If you’ve clicked through to this post, the chances are high that you already know about mindfulness and you maybe have a preferred way of practicing it. If not, you’ll have to catch next months post. I will be sharing with you the app that introduced me to mindfulness.

You may have noticed above that I said ‘when I practice mindfulness it helps me reduce anxiety’. Yes, I do often forget!
I designed this printable as a reminder to take a little time each day to focus on the present. It’s not my intention to make you feel guilty if you don’t do it one day. Simply check off the days you do remember and don’t feel bad about the other days.
