I’m thrilled to share my brand new printable – the picky eater reward chart. This chart is to encourage kids who are picky eaters to try new foods.
Picky Eater Reward Chart
I struggle to get my son to try new foods. We have become stuck in a rut where dinner time is a battle. He won’t eat meat and he won’t try any new foods. This had been going on for a long time and I thought he would grow out of it but if anything he is becoming worse so I designed this reward chart.
Reward Them if they Try something New
If there is one thing our son responds to it is gold star stickers, or ticks in boxes that show he has done well. Once he gets seven stickers he gets a reward – like the kids magazines he is always bugging us for.
Do you have any Picky Eater Tips?
I know that this is a problem that most parents experience. I feel grateful that my son has a healthy diet based on what he eats for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Life would be much easier if he would join in with dinner. Do you have any tips for getting kids to try new foods? I’d love to hear any suggestions that you have in the comments.
If you have any requests for printables that would make life easier for you, let me know in the comments and I’ll see what I can do.
