Self Care Challenge
Hi everyone, I’m really excited to launch my weekly self care challenge on the blog. I have been running it for a couple of weeks on my Facebook page and decided that it is something I should really be sharing on the blog so that even more mums can take advantage of the challenge.
As mums, a lot of us neglect our selves. This challenge is supposed to be a gentle reminder each week to do something for ourselves. None of these challenges should be very demanding – they should be enjoyable.
